The Concept

EGGZ is a fast casual concept where everything is cooked ‘to order’ in a custom, mobile kitchen on wheels. Of course the egg being our main theme here but we also serve other delicious farm fresh offerings with an emphasis on vegetables.

My earliest memory for the love of the egg was growing up…a wee little lad…watching my dad cook eggs in various forms for weekend breakfast…..he was a master! Everything from his whisking technique to his control of the heat in the pan…I was in awe…it’s one of my earliest and fondest memories of cooking.  The love for egg cookery was born!

Fast forward thirty some odd years and here we are! We cook eggs in various ways all while keeping with our dedication for only using the freshest, cleanest, realest, local Organic ingredients possible. We cook based on what our farmer friends and local purveyors provide us….as it ONLY should be…it’s that simple! We believe that eggs are so versatile and can be eaten really for any meal…breakfast, lunch, or dinner….and we prepare them in such ways that you would want to! 

We’re taking the food truck concept and cooking honest, REAL, fresh, healthy, and wholesome food that we are proud of!
